Well I made the Swedish ice cream cheesecake and was going to make reindeer cookie and little Xmas pud truffles but ran out of time so that's tomorrows job with my 12 yr old.

Tikki masala for dinner tonight, yoghurt, porridge. Not a huge day for the TM, flat out with other Christmas prep!

So far today I have made reindeer tarts, quirky jo's mayo, isi's Portuguese rolls( but did a loaf) and lemonade scones.

That looks tasty fundj. Is is hard on the teeth? My teeth don't cope with hard things, they break and then my dentist buys another Mercedes. ;) ;)
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Today I didn't get out to the garden,
So I made,  Ultimate Chocolate Cake as muffins (photo in the Ops... Thread)  Mrs Woo's Banana Cake,  Salted caramel Maple Icecream and Rocky Road.
I think I'm ready for Christmas :D

just the almond are hard cookie1, i just paid my dentist $30.000  :'( just for the upper teeth

Pastilla and the ganache part of the chocolate truffles from in the mix for Christmas presents And i added milk to the bowl when i finished to clean it up and make a hot chocolate - yum  ;)

chocolate,almond meal and coconut. will post after  i do a search just to check there is not 2 many of the same recipes

Red and Green shortbread and plain shortbread to give away as gifts. I will probably put some white chocolate on the red and green and dark chocolate on the plain before wrapping.

I have been making vanilla ice cream and maple ice cream, butter chicken, lasagne red curry chicken risotto for dinner tonight, dips and other things to make tomorrow.

Not a lot of cooking yesterday as I was out most of the  day. Today the work starts and builds up to a crescendo tomorrow. I love it all. Then Christmas Day off.
