Sounds delicious Robyn.
I've started baking for hampers. Lemon curd, salted caramel fudge,  nuts&bolts and cookies.

I need to make lemon curd too Kimmy.
I defrosted and cleaned out 2 freezers on sunday, and found 3 containers of lemon juice frozen.

Good cooking girls.
At Cherokee so no TMX. Have made bread, kneading in large bowl for 20 turns. Cooking in cast iron pot from cold oven for 50 minutes.
Local shop selling Cookie mix in 1 litre jars for $26. I'm about to make 8 for kids for Xmas. Made some several years ago, Marina posted a recipe, kids loved them.

$26 that is daylight robbery. I did some a couple of years ago and they were well received.

I made some fruit mince and also a loaf of thermomixbakingbloggers bread. http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=307.0 for the fruit mince.
http://thermomixbakingblogger.com/thermomix-sandwich-bread/  for the bread.

May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

That's a lovely looking fruit mince cookie.  I'm with you, $26 for a jar of cookie mince is a bit steep - I wonder if they sell any at that price?

That price is ridiculous chookie. Makes for an expensive batch of cookies once you add in the extras you need and the fuel to cook them!

The Cookie mix, I think that they will probably sell plenty as people search for something a bit different and make that desperate last minute choice. I certainly wouldn't buy them at that price. I am using Recipe tin eats recipe and DIL buys me bulk chocolate chips and cranberries at Costco.

26 bucks???
I use Kimmy's jar recipe. Real easy and much more economical.
