I had an email from Fitbit yesterday stating that since the end of July 2013 until end of Dec, I had walked 804km!  :o 

On another note, I think this must be most mens idea of paradise.  ;D

Thought bubble for the day - Wherever possible, everyone should keep a few chooks in the backyard  ;D
I think it was GF who posted a little graphic saying that chooks were entertaining. And they are! If I had the time I could watch them for ages every day.
Very happy with the girls roaming the backyard assisting with composting, fertilising, bug control, soil aeration and (are you listening Ginger, Sporty, Scary and Post??) food production. Still waiting for our first egg :D

we have 2 turkey chicks now, that are 9 days old aswell. :)
