White Choc Macadamia biscuits
« on: April 21, 2018, 12:34:15 pm »
Does anyone have a good recipe for White Choc Macadamia biscuits? Kids love the subway ones, but it gets expensive buying them all the time, would be good to make them in the TM instead. We've tried a few recipes, but they don't seem to get as chewy and flat as the Subway ones!

I haven’t tried this one Alison, how does it compare to those you’ve tried.

You could perhaps use a basic recipe that you like Alison and add macadamias and white choc bits to it. Or tell the kids that Subway have changed their recipe!
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.
