Title: Recipe for an eggless apple cake

I recently saw a recipe for an eggless apple cake. The apples are stewed and the mixture added to the hot apples. I don't think it was a TMX recipe, but I'm not sure. If anyone knows of its whereabouts I would be eternally grateful. I'll convert it if it's not TMX.

I found it. Now to try it and post the results. It is very easy so may not even need the TMX.

I suddenly remembered that it was in one of my books that I'd been reading a few days ago. One produced here using all the old tried and true recipes that had won prizes at the Royal Show.

Hi Cookie . . . did you post the recipe for this cake? I've searched but can't find it . . .  I'd love to try it to give to an "eggless" friend!!  :)

It's very similar to Judy's Christmas Applesauce Cake.
Another delicious eggless cake is my Sun Bran Loaf.
I'll check for the other recipe.

I didn't either Judy. It made me go and find my recipe book with it in and I've decided I will make it. It's yummy.
