Hello all
I'm trying to find a wholemeal/ wholegrain bread recipe which makes bread which is a bit crumbly rather than chewy. My bub finds all the commercial breads here in Oz too chewy (especially when made into toast) and if they are bread they often ball up into dough balls......
Does anyone have a good recipe for bread that will be easy to eat and crumble a bit?
Thank you!!

Sydneybrit, hard one. I think I would try substituting some bread flour with Semolina.
Use 400g Laucke wholemeal flour
100 g semolina
2 teaspoons of dried yeast
320 warm water, (300 would normally be enough with white flour but wholemeal needs a bit more)
Follow the process for Cookies Vienna loaf ormy No Fuss bread/ rolls.
Let us know how you go .
