Title: Gluten Free Coconut Almond Cranberry Chocolate Florentines

Had a delicious one today at a cafe - hoping one of you creative people has made something similar - it was chewy and small - just s small treat with a cuppa!

Shouldn't be a problem. Will have a look at the recipe I posted and see if you can replace the tiny bit of flour with coconut flour or potato flour.
Have checked out recipe, no gluten.  Could add coconut if you wish.
