Hi from Gozo, Malta
« on: July 01, 2009, 07:32:48 am »
Well now you will also find a Themomix in the little island of Gozo.
Up to 2 weeks ago I never heard of it. I attended a chocolate course where the Thermomix was being used. I wanted it straight away. Luckily one of the girls was the demonstrator and was able to arrange for one of the Thermomix to be sent over.
I am still playing with it and have not looked at it seriously but I hope to use it all the time if I can.
I have joined this forum to get a better idea of recipes and how to use the machine better.

Welcome to the forum Rita.  You will find lots of ideas and interesting discussions here and although it is a mighty task these days to get through all the postings, it is helpful if you can read as many as you can.  It was easier in the early days and only took a few solid days but the forum has grown so much lately, it could take you weeks! Enjoy your TMX and let us know what you are cooking in it.
