I thoroughly enjoyed Tenina's class and can't wait for the next one.  And Tenina, you shouldn't beat yourself up, it must be difficult demonstrating when you are using ovens that you are not used to. Thankyou for all the wonderful tips.

We'll have to have forum members meeting before hand so we can go in and sit together.

I must agree. The TMX has enabled me to develop some new friendships. (onces that aren't teachers). Thanks ladies.

I have just put the tiniest sprinkling of the 'sugar' we got in out goodies bag onto a Nespresso coffee. It was wonderful. I need to make another one so I can have some more.

Can I ask what the classes are about?  How long they are?  How much?  Is there any hands on?

Sorry for all the questions - I think there is a class here in Busselton on the 8th Dec - I emailed the lady who is holding it a week ago and didnt hear back.

Just curious if its worth going to.

Thanks all.

Thanks for the good write ups kids…and so happy you are loving Crio Bru as much as me. AND YES, you girls have to wear something identifiable for next time, I meant to ask who was from the forum, but in the rush, did not….next time!

I wont be in central Vic for a while yet, and it is not me doing a class in Marg River on dec 8th.
Would like to, and had a few calls and emails about coming down that far, and will try and make a plan for the future.

In the meantime, I hope you all went home to make the dacquoise…it is to DIE for.
xx

I put the sugary spice in with the crio when I brewed it in thermie.  It was DIVINE!!!  Also put a spoon of crio in the chunky chilli beef last night from meat on the menu..  YUM!!  It will be better tonight  ;)  Kezza you and I had a blonde lady between us...
