I made a white choc chai mudcake for my sister's birthday today. I used a mudcake recipe from the RC and Creamy Vanilla Frosting (form the forum) with 1/3 teaspoon of Skinnymixer's chai powder. Added some choc coated coffee beans and the flavour combination was yum!

Thanks Thermilover ☺ I made a batch of macarons but unfortunately they were a flop so due to time I had to buy them :(

What a lovely birthday cake for your sister Jamberie.

Chookie I dehydrated some mushrooms last year when we were given lots, I then ground them up and I had potent mushroom powder to add to things.

I have a rye bread rising and DJ's small sweet loaf rising too.

May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Cookie, the mushroom girls told me today about making mushroom powder. Sounds useful.
Today I processed another bucket. Just about over it. !

That's a great idea Chookie.  I think I posted a mushroom soup recipe ages ago using dried mushies.
