Maddy I think that's the first thing I've ever seen you make that you can't eat!

'Not long home from the market, on a stunning day in Eumundi. I've bought some lavender honey, limes and lemons, and 1.5 kg of strawberries. Bernie (the thermie) is gonna be busy this afternoon!

There'll be bread, jam, and a 3 citrus curd.  ;D

Well, I just wish I had a bigger spatula. Because I was disconsolate this afternoon after the licking of it was done!  ;D

Thanks for asking this question Charly, as I needed the answer too. And thanks to those that answered. Just 2 min's now until Honey Mustard Chicken.  :)

Cookie!, the decal kits are made of a sort of plasticized vinyl and don't absorb anything. So yes, very easy to wipe down.

Thanks for the mash tip judydawn. Right now I'm running straight out of the books until I find my feet with it, which I will.

Butter, and lemon curd on the weekend. I figure it's best not to be too ambitious, too soon. (Pesto may feature as well.)

Cheers.

Today I played with Bernie the Thermie a bit more, and read up a lot from the wonderful books I received.

Bernie arrived yesterday and we made the veggie stock paste.

Today was mash, and I'm afraid I offered a little too much milk. With the added cold smoked garlic the taste was lovely, just not the texture. Ah well, it's only day 2 and it's something learned.

Hi back to you Chad. I'm excited for you and the great time you are going to have. Are you making plans as to what you will cook?

Alyce Alexandra's 'every occasion' arrived in the mail on Friday cookie1, so I'm going through that atm  :). As a single, I hope to find recipes I can enjoy at the time, and save portions for later. With the sweeter dishes, well, I know my neighbours will enjoy them as they have in the past  :). We have a bit of a habit of sharing in this little street, and that is nice.

Well Jamberie and birdsam, (Hello birdsam), It's amazing just how many Tasters have said hello here!

I'm a little excited as my machine has arrived in the area and I'll have it next week. Then I'll be better able to join in the discussions after a play.
('His' tuxedo sticker kit came the other day so we're set to go!) LOL.

I admit I'm having trouble thinking of a rhyming boy name for my TM.  :-[  So he'll prolly end up being Graham, or Keith, or something.  :)

Hi Chad, glad to see you here. Has HE arrived yet?  What will be the first thing you cook?
Hello arcadia. He's on the coast, but I'll be having my delivery demo one day next week due to work commitments. First thing I'll cook??? I'd like to think it would be one of Ragdoll's creations, but will reassess my ambitions closer to the day.  :). 'Hope things are good for you where you are!

Hi Chad (it's Ragdoll!)  :D

So great to see you and Molly.   ;D

You will love this forum, if you ever have any problems or need advice you will find it here.  :D
I've been absent here for a while, but I do pop in from time to time.

Congratualtions on your soon to be new machine, hope all is well in your world.  :-*
WOW Ragdoll, SO good to hear from you again! It's been forever. Yes I'm looking forward to my TMX, and am slowly learning my way around this new to me forum.

Sadly my beloved Molliedog passed a while ago now. I just can't bring myself to remove the reminders. But when I can, I'll introduce you to Miss Sienna. A blonde collie/shepherd cross, also a rescue dog. She will never replace Molliepop, just add a new dimension to life here.

Again, 'lovely to hear from you!.

Chad.

Hey Chad, what other thermo machine do you have.
I have 2 ;)
Hello obbie, I purchased a Thermoblend early in the year as a teaser to thermo cooking. I liked the process. The machine, not so much. (It didn't fail in any way mechanically, but just too many restrictions for me.)  :)

Thank you for such a warm welcome. 'Gotta say I WILL be needing your help soon. and long before I can offer any to others.
Yes astarra, I know maddy. (From another long term forum). And others on here I think too?

Hello maddy, *waves*, Choco, Kat, and others I don't know are here (yet).

My TMX was ordered today so should be with me in a couple of weeks. And I ordered some wardrobe to keep 'him' respectable in the kitchen. LOL

It was the 'Tuxedo' sticker kit.  :)

Hello,
My name is John Chadwick (Chad), and I joined the forum today. Also today I've requested a 'delivery demo' to purchase a TMX. It won't be my first thermo machine, but I know it will be my best, after many years on some foodie forums where I've been drooling enviously after posts by owners. I look forward to enjoying the experience!
Chad.
