We had Skinnymixers Bacon and Broccoli Fritters. The mix seemed far too sloppy to make as fritters so I made it as a slice. It was quite nice.

Change of plans for me. I ended up going out with DD for an Asian meal as she was home alone -DH interstate and the kids both away with separate friends. First time in goodness knows how many years DD and I have had a night to ourselves and we both enjoyed it.

We got home from the 70th too late to do this, so we had Maccas!!!! I haven't had it for a very long time and thoroughly enjoyed it. Not cheap though.

Tonight I am going to make chicken soup with the thawed chicken for tonight and a broccoli and beef stir fry with rice for dinner.
