Mab that’s so what the TMX is all about , never ending new things to try , yes rice is super easy . Chookie are they the large apricots , we all love apricot jam . Better get my cooking mojo on soon .

Yes Cookie your dad was right . I went to a cake stall and filled up on some treats for the men . Lots of Washing on such a beautiful day . We woke loud thunder and rain , men made a mad dash to field bins as they were open!! DH setting up for trucks to transport grain today .

Paddock run dinner ! Steak sliced with bite sized corn on the cob , carrot broccoli. And a crazy Wicked pistachio white choc mousse dessert ( not a very nice choice , never again) !

Cookie what a great trip you are having . DH DS started Harvest last night ! Canola. So my patience tested -staggered dinner . I chose to cook fish , it’s called the waiting game of when anyone is going to come to have dinner ( no paddock run as not going to be late I was told ) . By 8.40 I was hungry so cooked whole meal ! 9.35 DS came in with lots of laughs , it was great to chat and catch up . I think DH came home after 11pm . Amazingly I turned the oven nearly off and the potato gems were hit for all that time ! So here we go harvest on the way .

Cookie great photos . No rest for me out to another girls Christmas lunch , how lucky I am . It’s meant to get hot today , DH determined to start harvesting!

Gosh I have been very busy . Saw DD to pick up from work and then drop off to an event ( mum duties -love this) . Had a busy day lunch out . Dinner out with DD and my DGF , that was tacos. Lunch I had oysters and steak . A visit to the Bank - with the worst internet ever , unbelievable really . A touch of Xmas shopping with DD . A beautiful lunch with lots of DGFs . A very long late drive . DH bless him had gone to the shops brought a jar of butter chicken sauce . Chicken tenders at home … let’s just say he ment well buy DS said dad doesn’t know how to make it ( said burnt pan in sink !! To bed , two nights it waking up at 3.30 am and not getting back to sleep . Hopefully tonight will be different.

Sushi last night out we had Tacos-fish and a chipotle mushroom one . Tonight just a chicken tenderloin and a bit of greens !

Sounds like a lovely day Chookie . love to know the mind game . We gad the coldest all weather day , hail sunshine warmth , patchy rain - absolutely crazy rain in every direction. Also it snowed at Mt Bulller . DH dad his shoulder done . DD was unwell so Mum Uber eats ! Lots of medicine and food . DS had lots of stories to tell over dinner .

Another appointment in the morning for DH Cortisone injection in his shoulder ! I think the week will be interesting. Saw DS as he returned home from up north . Hopefully he catches up on some rest , and all his clothes are red , so he said he is going to try to fix that !! So blessed to have independent young adults ( yes I’ll be asked to do the tricky ones of course) .

Meal out , I had a lovely prawn linguine DH had a wood oven crisp Hawian pizza , we ordered. Takeaway prawn linguini pasta for DD who is unwell . All good .
