Judy, plenty of variety there. Have you tried Queen of Puddings?
Cookie, glad you have got gas.
Chicken skewers with peanut sauce. Baked apples.

Yes Chookie I made that some time back.  Soft desserts are easy to find but I can’t live on sweet things alone so I need to limit them and eat very small servings.

Sausages & gravy with mashed potatoes, peas & baby carrots.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

Cookie, I also love Baked beans.
I made a chicken a veggie tray bake from a Diabetic magazine, ( thank you Judy.).  There was too much veggie . I used the leftovers with chicken stock and made a lovely soup.  It was sweet potato, tomato and onion.

2 meals in one, that’s good Chookie. A lot of my cooking ends up as soup.

I'm making a pie using mince somehow or other. Something warming and to use up a pile of tired veggies.

I don’t use it very much but to bake a pizza in 5 minutes is very handy.
Tonight, duck with mashed pots and veggies.
Last night made a pear tart. Diabetic version, not very nice.
