I must check that out JulieO.
We had pasta, bacon, and roasted pumpkin pieces with pesto stirred through.

We have finally eaten up all the leftovers.  Thought I might have a go at making Salmon Wellingtons.

Made the Salmon Wellingtons.  Used Adam Liaw recipe. For some strange reason , the Salmon tasted very strong.  Will make again and adjust the cheese and spinach sauce.  Will mix by hand and not in TMC. I also used 1/2 sheet of Puff  pastry and not a while sheet per serve.

Chow Mein from the freezer and for the first time in 7.5 months I made some chips (air fried) as my Dietician wants me to eat more carbs to prevent anymore weight loss.

KATIE, yummo , love Duck.
Changed mind last night and had Chicken Wings and fried rice thingy.  RTE type wings, except use only 1 teaspoon of Baking powder. For the rice, used a precooked packet of red and brown rice.  I keep a couple of these packets for when I need a quick side dish.

We had a dish that used Kipfler potatoes. I bought some purple ones up at the Italian shop. I didn’t realise they would be purple inside too. They were very nice.

I’ve never seen them cookie although I have heard of them - didn’t know they were purple.
