Yes, why waste it. Your B & B pudding looks amazing Julie.
I had Chookie’s Chicken loaf tonight
https://achookwoman.blogspot.com/search?q=Chicken+meat+loaf
, it will do me for 6 meals of 2 slices (cooked in my largest bread tin for 35 minutes). An easy, cheap meal Chookie and the only change I would make to your recipe is to sauté the onion, carrot and garlic and let it cool down a bit before adding the rest of the ingredients. This would alleviate the occasional raw onion taste I experienced.

JulieO the brioche pudding looks delicious.
Beef ragu , Cookidoo with cauliflower mash , will leave out the garlic for the mash next time . DH loved the mash he turned up his noise when I told him what it was !! Mind you he had seconds by then .

K ATIE, best not to tell them what is in it.
Judy, thanks for that tip about the onions. I didn’t put any at all in the last time I made it. There was an interesting recipe during the week, for meat loaf by Janet Goh. She covers the container with foil and turns it upside down on to a tray to bake. When cooked, lifts off the tin/ container and bakes a bit longer. Then covers with topping. The only advantage would be , more surface covered with topping.
Charred filet steak. Very tasty. Mashed potatoes, French beans and Taboulli. Pears, apricots and Coconut yoghurt.
For lunch we had baked Spag Bol pots.

We are having roast beef tonight. We love bread and butter pudding. I usually use the recipe on here and cook it in the varoma. I mix and match what I use in it.

Today I'm making a Michelle B meal: Classic Beef Casserole in the slow cooker for me, makes 4 serves. Also making pizza for DH.

Changed my mind at last minute.
Sausages cooked with capsicums. Served with French beans and TMX mashed potatoes.

Looks good Chookie.
Last we had Thai takeaway as it was DH's birthday on Thursday. We were trying to decide whether or not to eat in but decided to eat at home and watch a movie.

I made a vegetable chilli from 'Taste of Mexico' collection on Cookidoo for both of us today. About 326 cals/serve. Was so delicious I must say. I did my usual High Heat browned onions (and garlic) at first then continued on with recipe. The vegies were steamed in the Varoma first then added to the cooking sauce in the bowl to finish off. Felt so good after it.
I also made a cobb loaf in my dutch oven but I think the pot was a bit big so the cobb was a flatter round instead of the regular higher cobb shape. Went well with the veg curry though do am not bothered about that.
