Julie I'm sorry to read that you and your DH have been unwell. Take care and I hope you are back on deck very soon.

Morning all.
Forecast for little to no rain today. Lots of little birds in the garden. Lovely. Daffs starting to come out, so Spring is on the way. Lots of Violets at Invermay, pink as well as purple.

Good morning everyone, big sleep in this morning so I've just had brunch!  Your garden sounds as if it is giving you a few surprises Chookie.  I'm not minding winter this year but spring is my favourite season.

Hi friends.
The last sunny day before the rains hits us tomorrow.
A good walk with Chance. We met one other dog walker with two black labs and a small fluffy thing,a poodle I think LOL.
DH is preparing to start cutting the hedges around the house.A big job that he attacks twice a year.

Morning all.
Yes Judy we are enjoying the garden at Invermay but missing the beautiful trees and bulbs  we have planted at Cherokee over 30 years. We have Cape Weed at Invermay which we have never had before. The chooks love it but there is too much to remove by digging it out.
CC, we have lots of small hedges at Invermay. We have had to buy a hedge trimmer.  Good luck to DH in what will be a big job. Love your reports on the dogs you meet on your walks.
Yesterday was beautiful and sunny, today raining again.

Good morning everyone.  It's cold and raining again today.

The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

Good morning to you all, sun is shining and my barometer hand has moved away from 'rain'.
Chookie I love the surprises that bulbs give us, I have a few around here which I must have planted here and there many years ago to give a splash of colour.
