Title: Review Pink Asian Noodle Salad Pge 56 A Taste of Vegetarian

This was an ideal salad to go with the Ribs on Page 92 of Best of our Recipe Communities. 

I made half quantity which is 3-4 serves for me.  I was a bit short on cabbage but it was fine.

I think I should have chopped it for just 1 second for half quantity, it was 4 sec for the full recipe.  It certainly is a different colour  ;D
