Very cold , Max of 7 today.  Rain all day and dam full.  Lovely  and warm in house.
C C hope FIL is ok.
Marina. I have posted a message to you about the Guildford general store.   Sounds lovely.

My sister who is a health freak has been diagnosed with blocked arteries.  Think I will stick to my wayward way of living.  She doesn’t like cooking.  Think she needs a TMX.

Good morning everyone.  Another cold wet day here.
DS rang yesterday to make sure we were ok as he hadn't heard from us for a few days.  Told him we only went outside if necessary otherwise stayed in and kept warm.

CC, I hope your FIL recovers quickly.

Good evening, quite a cold start to the day but can't complain too much as it was 7 this morning and warmed up to 15. Apparently it will be in the low 20's for the rest of the week - looking forward to that. did some spring cleaning as the cold weather kept me inside. DH and I had lunch out and it was very nice with the fireplace going.

I do hope DH’s father is ok Denise. Such a worry for you both.

Beautiful spring weather here today.

Heading to Melbourne and seem to be taking the rain with us.  Not so cold though.
First stop, the Apple shop.

Thanks for the email about the Guildford General Store, it is a very traditional village shop in all aspects and is certainly the heart of the village.  At the moment it is up for sale and it will take a very special person / couple / family to take it over.  We all have our fingers crossed for a great outcome for the current owners and the success of the new ones, when they take it over.

Good afternoon everyone.  I love it when the sun comes out in winter Margaret.
Is FIL doing OK now Denise?
I wondered why you needed to visit the apple shop Chookie, it took a few seconds for the penny to drop - ah that Apple shop!

Still having heavy showers here. The temperature has dropped a fair bit too.
Thanks for your concern about my FIL everyone. He’s much better today and possibly, fingers crossed, will be discharged on Friday.

Wonderful news Denise.
Raining here today, but it isn't cold at all. DD and I are going on a tour of the fairly new Optus Stadiium tomorrow. Hopefully it wont rain too much. We really want to be able to walk out onto the turf.

That’s wonderful Denise.
I hope they do let you go out onto the oval cookie, I expect the centre will be off limits though. Enjoy the tour.
