Hi all
Been contemplating how to start this so here goes......
When I got my TM delivered my partner couldn't believe I'd spent all this money and he was still having pasta for dinner!! Then it was strawberry sorbet - his response, 'If this thing can make Choc Gelati, I will never rag you about it again'
So after choc gelati, lemon cheescake icecream etc etc he is silent...yee haa!!
Kids are happy and even manage to whip something up before school if the cupboards are bare!
Next step is to collect all the other bits and pieces cluttering my cupboards and move them on!
And all those pretty pictures up above....gotta use some of them! Hmm, apparently not just a click and drag!?!
Between this site and my TM I can see the dust collecting and the washing piling up as we speak......time to outsource!
Lets see what happens next.....

Welcome marie16. We all know the feeling. I'm glad you are getting so much pleasure from your machine and that your partner has been won over by the choc gelati.

Hello again
Gert, you are more than welcome here in downtown Adelaide, although the Frozen part of the Margaritas might not be so frozen by the time you get here! And you'll prob need a cardi - I'm sure you consider our southern states a little chilly!
And Robyn, yes, looking forward to the coming months and enteraining a little more - whipping things up in no time....inc cocktails.
As for the Choc Gelati Pam, it was from this website! Chocolate Gelato from Gralke. We used dark choc and got a really rich result, yummy!
As for the Margies, basically made a lemon sorbet minus egg white then added two MC tequila and one MC triple sec plus a little extra ice. We do like a kick!!

That sounds like a big kick Marie but certainly one worth trying.
Gretchen would freeze if she came down here. It is Spring and the nights are still so cold.

Thanks Marie ,I found the recipe now to try it ;D

Hi Marie,
Welcome to the forum... I'm off to find that Choc Gelato recipe.
If it can silence your husband, I'll try it on mine (although I'm married to an Italian... they can be somewhat "fussy" (!!) about their gelato!!!)
-
Welcome Marie16. Cocktails and chocolate gelato. Love your thinking. ;)

Welcome Marie - you sound like you have dived into the world of the TMX very confidently and with much enjoyment!
Cheers
