An evil EVIL friend of mine linked me this recipe. OMG it is to DIE for!!! I only had dark brown sugar though so it's a little bit too sweet but still delish!!! YUM! Worked perfectly without me changing the temp or speed. I only had thickened cream too.

I have this cooking now! I decreased the water, honey & soy by 40 grams each as I didn't have enough soy so hope it's still ok!

Edit!
This was yum! I put some Singapore noodles in the bottom of the thermoserver then drained the sauce from the chicken, chucked the chicken ontop of the noodles then whacked the temp up to Verona, added a little more cornflour & reduced the sauce for 5 mins. Made it extra yummy! mixed it all together then sprinkled with the seeds. Next time I'll reduce the honey by a smidge.

I have this cooking right now...smelling YUM so far! 8mins to go!! I added garlic too coz we love garlic!! lol

EDIT: YUM!!!! Very yummy & so simple! I used basmati rice though which i think may have broken up a bit more than normal long grain rice but still tastes good. I also added chopped coriander as I didn't have any parsley & I'm a bit of a coriander freak! lol Made it really nice & fresh!

Winner for me!!

Yum!!! I made this tonight & DH and I both loved it! Will definitely make this again!! I added 10 green prawns as well which were SO good! Next time though I might pan fry those separately and add them right at the very end so they don't get broken up!

Cooking this for the second time tonight!!! My house smells SO yum! Can't wait to tuck in!! I'm going to add a little more chili to the sauce than I did last time, I don't generally cook with chili so I was a bit scared! Haha! Yum!

I'm still learning to cook with my Thermomix! Today I made another batch of hot cross buns and my first attempt at potato, bacon & leek soup. Way too salty, I think I put to much stock concentrate in it!

I googled 2. The first one was

130gm cold butter
4 egg yolks
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
Salt & pepper

Cooked with butterfly at 90degrees in reverse for 8 mins. It didn't say what speed so I did speed 1 which mustn't have been fast enough?

The second one was the same ingredients but only 1 tsp of lemon juice with butterfly at 90degrees mins speed 3.
