Hally, the one out of the EDC cookbook.

I used rosemary, sea salt, and EVOO on it.
I was so happy, even the kids liked it.

About to go grocery shopping, them more baking this afternoon.

I had a great Mothers Day.DD gave me a beautiful bouquet of flowers. DS made my lunch and then tonight cook supper with supervision in the TM.Chicken Tikka with Steamed Rice,he did an excellent job. :)

Wales won the Grand Slam by beating France. Wales19 France 9
England were runners up.
Scotland won the wooden spoon,they lost all their matches. :o I reckon their coach might be looking for a new job soon :D :D

Well when the Welsh  team play the Aussies I am very afraid. Have you seen the size of that team!!!!!! Good on them. Sorry Frozzie. NOT! Well maybe a little just for your family. LOL!

So Sunday, I picked up about 6 kilos of tomatoes for $2.

So I slow dried half in the oven, and made a huge batch of tomato sauce.

Hahaha not to worry you should see this house when its France vs the aussies lol... I wasnt that bothered but dh was a bit miffed lol.. My loyalties always lie with the aussie team if playing and as in this case they werent so i didnt pay much attention

much to dh's disgust 😄😄😄
