« on: July 04, 2012, 11:24:14 am »
Name of Recipe: Cream cheese dip

Number of People: unknown (goes too quick)

250g Cream Cheese
2 sping onions
2 garlic cloves
chives (optional)

place everything except the cream cheese and chop for 4 on 7/8
scrape down sides and repeat once
add cream cheese blend on 6/6 for 10-15 until combined

if too thick add milk or yogurt till consistency is ideal

this is my own take on herb dip from the everyday cookbook.

I tell people that the icing sugar is pure icing sugar and is gritty. I tell them that the ground wheat is just that, not quite flour yet. Blah, blah. All those things I discovered when I first got my Thermomix. I just can't help it! Unfortunately, I feel that's what people focus on, the negatives, rather than the positives. In future, I'm not saying anything, I'll just listen to the Oohs and Aahs.

i do that too and i run over time because of it.  :P
any excisting customer can buy a 2.5L server for $37.50 at a demo only otherwise thier $75.
its hard not to tell people everything about it but we must learn to stop ourselfs and keep it to the 2 hrs. :P

Questions? Technical Issues? The Survival Guide / Re: Error 52
« on: June 22, 2012, 04:37:13 am »
it coud be your heating pins too. after you have cleaned and dry your tm you need to make sure the pins in the base of the jug are as dry as possible as moisture can get in that way. if error 52 comes up ring your consultant and get it serviced asap.

my boyfriend loves the cordon blue that i make in the tm also gozleme. u could make the cheese sauce from the everyday cookbook and pour over cauliflower sprinkle with parmasen the brown it under a grill or in the oven and watch it disapear off his plate. :)

Chit Chat / Re: Anyone want to buy a TM21
« on: May 12, 2012, 01:08:17 am »
just so you know if you try to sell any tm on ebay vorwerk will shut it down. they have a team of people hired to do just that. thermomix will not cover it if anything goes wrong. (not that it would but u get the idea).
just be carefull is all im saying.
being a consultant i have to stick to the rules about the resale of products including the ones i dont agree with.
I dont want you or anyone to get caught out for selling online. here is prob ok for now but not ebay cos they watch it like a hawk.
