I wanted to make the scrolls the night before and bake them fresh in the morning. Should I leave the dough to prove in the fridge overnight or complete the scrolls (except the baking of course!), Vegemite and all, then refrigerate til morning?

My daughter and I made this curd recipe this evening and it is absolutely delish. We doubled the recipe and cooked it an extra 2 minutes, perfect!

I made this icecream yesterday and it was really lovely.  I froze it on a baking tray then chop it up to blast in TM.  I popped it back in the freezer and whipped it up one last time before serving, though I don't think the second 'churn' was completely necessary.  Will definitely do it again!
