Lovely Judy. When I went to Costco a couple of weeks ago I also bought a pack of those carrots. We have only just finished them. They were delicious. I’ve never seen yellow carrots before.

Thanks Chookie, it was rather nice. Glad you enjoyed the carrots too cookie, how cold is it in that walk in fridge!  I can’t stay in there very long.

Absolutely freezing. I do a quick in and out. I've been impressed with the few lots of fruit and veggies I have bought there.

Made a double batch of Hummus for DD .  Made one lot Spicy Capsicum. Also trying to make a SD loaf with holes.  Thanks Cookie for the recipe.
2 lots of soup. One lots of veggies and beans.  The other Pea and Ham.
Still experimenting with the  stone ground Bio Dynamic flour.  Made a loaf.  Think it is good.  Added 3 teaspoons of both yeast and improver to 500 g flour.

This the failed SD loaf.  It rose during the night and then collapsed.   It wasn’t going to rise again so I add 2 teaspoons of yeast, dissolved in a little water and kneaded it in TMX. At least not wasted.
Tonight I will try again and pop it in the fridge.

Still looks good Chookie, even if you say it's a fail.  :D

Love the sound of the veg meal Judy, especially with a glass of wine.  Was it bubbles?  ;D

Feel like experimenting.
Yesterday I made a soup from Food 52.  It is a very simple soup loaded with veggies and beans.  Nice for a change and very healthy. I also made a Pesto from spicy greens to add a kick to it.

It certainly is soup weather Chookie and the holey bread looks great too.

It was Yellowglen Julie, I only drink bubbly these days - lower in carbs
