...and mint salad.
5 decent sized florets of cauliflower, an unpeeled granny smith cut into quarters and cored, a fistful of fresh mint, the juice of one or two lemons depending on your taste, a teaspoon of sugar and a pinch of salt, whizzed on 4 or 5 (can't remember, sorry) for 3 seconds and voila. I think it's very tasty. According to my children it's edible. Which is a win, in my book.

Thank you for another fresh salad. I have been enjoying both the beetroot and broccoli ones from the EDC of late, this one will make a nice change.
