Made these today - didn't have any zucchini so put a tomato & some broccoli in - yummy. I over cooked them slightly (I blame DD2 & DS3) but were still eddible. Will make again

Thanks ladies, it's nice to be appreciated - there is no way I could have done this all in one day pre-TMX. Not only were the time constraints tight but there was also the added hurdle of an almost 2 year old & 3 year old around my feet in the kitchen

Exactly what judydawn & faffa_70 said find a good consultant, or go to a cooking class (you get fed dinner & they are very easy going) - I bet we could get you loving that machine

I gave my Indian Cookbook a good working out today: Beef Vindaloo, Chicken Tikka Masala, Spicy Green Beans with Coconut, Bombay Aloo (Bombay Potatoes) & Naan bread. Also made a little jar of Tikka paste for my sister in law to take home with her (she is not luck enough to have a TM - yet )

Thanks ladies - it was easier than it looks. Got the design out of the Woman's Weekly Kids' Birthday Cakes book but I love this cake recipe so there was no competition on which batter I would use

I don't think mine has got any worse - when I am making rice I can hear the blades just hitting the basket but I dont think the problem is actually getting worse - I really should do something about it
