Recipe Review Broad Bean & Pea Salad with Bocconcini FFS page 73

This was a delightfully different salad and having all the ingredients on hand made it so easy to put together. Served it on our lunch platter with Pea Puree Crostini & tomato/cucumber slices.

No Uni, after they had cooled in the iced water, I tipped out the water, peeled the broad beans and mixed the dressing back into the peas/beans with the chives and bocconcini.
