Index & Ingredient List - Healthy Eating with Cindy O'Meara

The benefit of having the ingredients listed next to the recipe for each Thermomix book, means that when you have ingredients you want to use up, you can now search online using this forum, or google, to find recipes in the books you already own, that have the ingredients you want to use. I was always searching for recipes online for my leftover mint etc, but I wanted to be able to also search the books without having to painstakingly read each page. Now we can have the best of both worlds... recipes from the books and from online.

To specifically search the books I have already indexed, just go to the Cookbooks Contents category and enter a search and it will automatically return results from just this category. If you are after something specific like Egg Yolk, then include the quotation marks around the words like this "egg yolk", so just those words are returned, otherwise the search will find all recipes with EGG or YOLK.

I've made this many times with all sorts of adaptations, and love it.  5 stars from me.

Sweet chilli sauce review

We live this, but it can catch us sometimes if the chillies I grew were hotter than I realised!  When that happens, turn it into a double batch of all the other ingredients but no more chillies.

Tapioca Pudding review

It was brave of me to try this 'cos we all hate tapioca 😄. We all liked this but it wouldn't be our first choice of dessert. So I guess if you're ok with tapioca in the first place then you'll love it.
