I'm working my way through the summer recipes of the Dinner Spinner and made this for lunch! It wasn't too bad actually and the garnishes (avocado, cheese, creme fraiche) really made it although I was short on some, such as the cheese and skipped the coriander as not a huge fan of it.

I somehow managed to do Step 5 before step 3 so the recipe tasted a little acidic as a result but still fine to eat.

There did appear to be a lot of sauce so I would probably reduce that next time. Having said that though, I don't know that I would make it again. I would prefer to make some of the other recipes. I'm not sure I got the right noodles either but it was the one that best fit the description at the time.
