Rich Chocolate Fudge Sauce

This recipe was adapted from www.taste.com.au

Ingredients

150g dark chocolate, broken into pieces
125ml cream
2 TBS brown sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla essence

Method

Place chocolate into  *: and chop for 20 seconds on Speed 10.
Add remaining ingredients and cook for 4 minute at 50C on speed 3.

Notes
A fudgy sauce perfect served with waffles and vanilla ice-cream and sprinkled with pecans. And just a spoonful stirred through a mug of hot or icy cold milk makes the most wonderful chocolate drink.

Store in an airtight jar in the fridge for up to one week.

I am going to try very hard not to make this. I can just see it spreading delicately all over my icecream. :)

Cookie1, it tastes like the chocolate fudge on McDonalds sundaes. YUM

However it does set in the fridge, so I just grab a spoonful (or 2) and pop it into a mug and stand it in boiling water or microwave to melt again. Lovely with crushed nuts and bananas.

Myspecial treat when we're out in the old car is an icecream at Maccas. I get it if I have done a good job navigating. ;D ;D
