Recipe Name: Aloo Stuffing
Book Name: Indian Cooking
Tweaking details:  Make sure you cut potatos into the size you want for the stuffing. You could use pretty much any vege you like but if they aren't frozen you may need to cook/steam separately as they won't cook in 2 minutes in the bowl.
Review:  Wonderful filling - dry enough to avoid soggy pastry in samosas, tasty enough to use as a dish as part of a meal.
