Banana Fluff

Name of Recipe:
Banana Fluff (Easy Slim)

Ingredients:
1 low-calorie banana jelly sachet
250ml boiling water
5 drops liquid sweetner
1 banana (roughly chopped)
200g natural low-fat yoghurt


Preparation:

Dissolve jelly crystals in 250 ml hot water.  Place jelly with all other ingredients into TM bowl and mix for 1 minute gradually increasing from speed 1 to speed 10.

Pour into dessert glasses and let set in fridge.

This sounds so easy. I remember making peach chiffon and things like this. I didn't even know you could buy banana jelly. Will have to give it a go and then I can have some. (trying to keep off the weight I lost, which means very few or no sweets)
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

I'm sitting here just feeling like a serving of a nice cold sweet, I also have never heard go Banana jelly so will make it with another flavour like chookie

I think I used to make something similar with evaporated milk many years ago.  A nice light dessert for those watching their weight.
