Cake release

Thanks to CC for pointing this out to me
 (not sure where to put this one)

Will not be buying, oil spray again. This stuff is fantastic.
I have use it for cakes, bread, crepes, pies, cheese cake

¼ cup of veg oil to bowl set time 3 mins  varoma speed 1
Add
¼ cup of chopped copha a little at a time (the pkt will have markings)
Add
¼ cup of flour, slowly increase speed 3 to 4 for about 15 sec

store it in a glass jar. No need to put it in the fridge.
 you can make it with any amount,just make sure it is equal parts

Great tip, Fundj. I have been wary of that spray stuff since a propellant that is in it wrecked my expensive nonstick frypan, but still use it for cake tins--will happily swap over to this, much more environmentally friendly.

 l use a hand pumped  oil bottle
  which  my mother in law brought from armadale  k mart  in perth
 a specialty kitchen store  sells them to
you can fill it up with any oil you like pump it and spray on to your tins
works well   l use it all the time

hrrmm very versatile...ok will have to make this very soon...how do you put it on then with a brush or just a bit of paper towel or something or good old fingers lol!

with a brush or paper towel. i keep my near my stove  does not set hard so i mainly use the brush that i keep in jar
