I think it will be more than adequate Gert . Maybe BCF will soon have an influx of Thermomix AF owners  ;D

Both you and Gert have done meat loaves Uni, however different times.  I've put both up though on our second list of times here.

BCF here I come. Fortunately it is over the road from Spotlight and I have to go there to pick up some curtain material for the teardrop van.

Uni,  love the salt idea.  Flavoured salts are so expensive to buy.

Finally rocked up to Harvey Norman to replace my faulty airfryer. Easy peasy.

My new baby is in the house 😄😃😁

I sure did, Judy! Instead of dancing around the room with glee, I made some cheese puffs. Hehehe

Soooo delicious 😋😋

Cooked a 10 cm thick (338g) fat trimmed Pork forequarter chop in the a/f tonight.  Brushed it with something I found in the pantry which I'd used on roast potatoes (have no idea what it was but it was something mixed with oil  :-))), preheated the a/f to 200o, placed the chop straight into the wire basket and cooked for 8 minutes. When the time was up I left it rest in there for 3 minutes and it was cooked to perfection.
