Turkey Chicken in Osso Bucco Sauce

Turkey and chicken is interchangeable so I used the latter for this recipe.  In my opinion, Osso Bucco & sauce is best done in a slow cooker but this recipe works well as long as you make it in advance to allow the flavours to develop. Tasting it when it is first cooked, it is not flavoursome as when it is left overnight. I played around with this recipe once it had been cooked and rested.  I served DH's as per the recipe with parsley sprinkled on top and to the other portion of the sauce I added a teaspoon of FOSM before reheating it and served it with coriander.  My meal tasted much better than DH's although his was quite OK if you didn't have anything to compare it with.
I made half quantity of this recipe, again it serves 3 in this house.

No, this recipe is fine in the TMX CC - I was referring to the real recipe for Osso Bucco using veal or beef shin.
