Thanks Amy, I rather like that one myself.  Did you look for the fresh filo in the dairy cabinet, it's the only type of filo I use as the frozen type is too hard to work with.

Judy, I asked a staff member and she said that frozen filo was the only sort they usually ordered, and someone had forgot to order it :-))

I will check out WW next time and have a go using the filo. I'll definitely be making this recipe again ;D

Hi Amy I agree with JD the fresh FILO is so much easier than the frozen.  Tip is to take. It out of the box and leave it on bench for. About 20 mi s before you go to use it.the fresh type comes in a long  box usually near the butters or dairy section, should be in most WW
This recipe is fantastic

Great way to use the filo..I often find it breaks up when you use the sheets conventionally & this would give a lovely crunchy topping.
Well done Judy Dawn.

Sorry Judy...didn't realize it was a year since you posted this recipe. Misread it as 2012.  I made the pie last night & it was very successful. Had only 500 gm chicken thighs so added a cup and half of peas & corn. We're trying to lose weight anyway.
Was great so will certainly use it again. I'm still learning how to use TM! Though I certainly use it a lot! Thanks again..you're very attentive.  :)

We had this for dinner tonight and it was delicious  :D
Very tasty and easy dinner.  I served it with mash potato and steamed vegies.

I had some filo in the fridge to use up and this recipe was perfect.  I didn't have the whole quantity of chicken, so I made it up with diced zucchini.

Thanks for another great recipe Judy!

I didn't realise you could get fresh filo. That would make a lot of difference as the frozen is a pain in the neck. Thanks ES for mentioning this dish. I will print it off to make when I get back.
