Judy,  bookshelf is groaning.  Am trying to make at least 1 recipe from each new book.  Have not been home much so very frustrated. Have made 2 loaves from the new Bread book.  This last one is as much for reading  about Paris as for the recipes.  Love Paris.

Ordered an airfryer baking pan from Harvey Norman for $25. Free pick up from a store close by. Uni said the pan is small....but I couldn't resist a good deal 😁

BZB the pan is small but it comes in handy, we use it quite a lot particularly because I haven't yet got around to finding a bigger pan that will fit inside. I find DS can fit a few rashers of bacon on the wire mesh beside the pan so he can cook his egg and bacon together.
