Apricot Turkey Stuffing recipe
« on: December 22, 2010, 08:33:11 am »
Hello,
Has anyone tried the 'Apricot Turkey Stuffing' recipe in the Festive Flavour cookbook?
I will be roasting a 5-6kg turkey on Christmas eve and am thinking of trying a new stuffing recipe this year using thermomix.
Can anyone help?

I eyed that one off myself this morning Susie so any answers will be of interest to me too. I was going to go through all my Christmas magazines tonight and see what else there is.

Welcome to the forum Susie2010. Can't help you with the recipe, sorry.

Hi Judy,
My husband and I spent last night looking through magazines and cookbooks for ideas. Hm...have decided to take out some of the listed ingredients on the recipe and add some others of which we think should taste good.  ;D
Hopefullly, it will work out fine.  I will let you how it went.  ;)
Ingredients I am going to use:
Sour dough bread crumbs
Onions
Garlic
Bacon
Apples
Dried Cranberries
Sage and thyme
Honey Liquer
Butter

Have a good Christmas and new year. Have fun cooking!! :D
