Glad you girls bumped this up. I forgot  about them and they are so easy. Yup more fish or a bit of corn flour does the trick. I Love them cold as well.

Hi Gert, yep my kids eat these too.
My Thermomix,  Kitchen Aid, Pizza oven, Nu Wave 5 in 1, Spatulas, all brings love, laughter, happiness, and great food  to my kitchen.

We had these tonight..i doubled the fish and added chilli and a sml onion.. With brown rice, homemade 'real' mayo lol and salad.. Was quite nice .. Thx gert :)

Wonder you can use any fish . I have need use Atlantic Salmon. Of course I use a whole lot more chilli.

Gert unforutunately the extent of fish eating in this house with the exception of DH is a very small amount of tinned tuna or flake. I was allergic as a kid and while I've grown out of the allergy fish/seafood isn't something that I generally cook.

I made these last night with rockling and they went down very well with my boys! I served them with a chopped salad and TM sweet chilli sauce. Healthy, tasty and easy! Yay!!Thanks Gert!
