Made Chookie's Creamy Vegetable soup, and this time looks like I used the right amount of cauliflower as it turned out quite creamy :) And for the first time attempted Bagels, they looked professional and was surprised at how easy they were!

A handful of prawns and 1 medium zucchini - a quick and tasty meal for 1.

Last night we had all in one steamed Salmon with mashed potato and veg , one DS had Killer vanilla ice cream with home made caramel sauce . DH started with chicken coconut and  lemon soup to fight off a nasty cold . The night cuppa turned into the flu lemon hot drink ( Better homes and gardens cold and flu drink - the best ) for both of us . Tonight I am making butter chicken ( Skinnymixers ) .
