Be careful if you make it Judy, as it feeds an army. Plenty of leftovers for an easy reheat tomorrow night.

Pumpkin soup tonight.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

We had make your own burgers. I used Chookie's No Fuss Bread to make 3 large burger rolls and then made the rest into plaited loaf.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Isi's pasta in oven and focaccia using Uni's bread rolls in under and hour with Maddy's tweaks ☺️The pasta didn't look pretty to photograph so here's the focaccia

Lovely Kimmy.
Tonight was leftover night. I made  Boeuf Bourguignon in the PC on Friday night, so turned the leftovers into pies for dinner. I also had a small amount of cheesy bechamel which I added to DH's bacon and onion fry up to make a couple of pies. I used Kimmy!s quick quiche pastry for the pies as it makes just the right amount of pastry for 4 pies in my piemaker.  Dessert is fruit salad and yoghurt

Last night madeMushroom Risotto with red capsicum ,  topped with garlic prawns.  I cooked the prawn shells in milk and made Creamy Crab soup with the milk.  Fresh Mandarines for Pud.  I am saving citrus skins at the moment to make mixed peel.
