We had a pie that was like a quiche sort of. It didn't have any milk in, but had 1 cup of pastry mix instead. It formed its own base and was not soft like a quiche. It was very nice.

This was really ice so I thought I would pop the link to the recipe in. I should have made it in a smaller dish, and I forgot to put the tomatoes on!

Just catching up on pages and pages of wonderful cooking.  We have eaten out for over a week and I am totally sick of it.   I look at all these fab things cooked here and wonder why on earth we pay for average food.
Tonight we had roast chicken stuffed with ginger and garlic,  roast spuds, carrots and zuchinni. Gravy.  Florentines for Pud.

Leftover marinated pork ribs, sausages, sweet potato and I'll cook some carrots and try out the Greek stuffed zucchinis since we have a good supply atm
