Slow cooker satay chicken.
I froze the raw ingredients a few weeks ago and took it out of the freezer last night and into the slow cooker this morning.
It looks and smells great. So easy!
Thanks for the freezing tip from the mini slow cooker thread.
I will be doing this again.

We had that last night and loved it.
Tonight we had garlic prawns, Thai squid, steak, AF chips and salad. Followed by a giant Tim Tam.

Leftovers from last night.

Same here.  :P

I'm doing something wrong if we don't have leftovers at least 3 times a week :)

Fish and chips tonight.

We had fish, chips and veggies tonight. The friends that came over this morning brought us 3 big silver bream. They turned their pool into a fish tank and wade in and get fish when they want to eat them. They were delicious.

😄😃😄😃

Wish I have a friend like yours, Cookie. Fresh fish....yum! How did you make the fried fish?

Made bolognese sauce for spag bol. Didn't use my usual Le Creuset as I made a double batch to put more into freezer. Cooked the sauce in a seldom-used pot....and burnt my minced beef 😢 Left it a tad too long as it didn't look caramelised. Turned out bitter :( :(
