DH and I had a late lunch so we just had scrambled eggs on buttered toast for dinner.He always puts ketchup on his eggs :P :P I like mine plain :)

Made Non Fried Fried Rice from the recipe community.  Makes a huge quantity and is quick, easy and tasty.  The recipe is easily adapted and added to so I think this will be a regular for us.  Come to think of it, it would be a brilliant recipe for a first time user because you use every part of the TMX and it gives you a good idea of how to utilise everything.

Made a pasta bake yesterday with cauliflower and broccoli topped with the lovely cheese sauce recipe I found here :)

It is vegetarian, Thermilover, in fact, it would be vegan if you didn't do the eggs.  Next time I think I'll add some marinated tofu as well.

Chilli Con Carne from the freezer. I have caught DH horrible cold/cough. 2nd bout for me this winter, which is most unusual. Don't feel like doing much at all.
I do have to go shopping for Dinosaurs for GS's 5th birthday on Sunday.

My pleasure.  Glad you enjoyed it.  I made mine with brown rice so the cooking time was longer (30 - 35 minutes), but very tasty and easy.

I made a chicken curry, all ready to heat up :)
