Delicious ES. Last night we had chicken parcels. I put a substantial piece of chicken breast onto a 1/2 sheet of puff pastry. On the top of the chicken breast I put a mix of feta, sundried tomatoes, home made pesto and some thermomix breadcrumbs. Then made it into a parcel and used a fork to squish the edges. I cooked it for about 30 minutes. It was lovely.

Been rushing around all day so a very quick dinner, it was delicious. Creamy cauliflower purée ( too runny to be mash, which was my intent) with roasted pumpkin and broccoli and creamy garlic prawns( melted butter added some crushed confit garlic threw in prawns for a few minutes then removed the prawns added a splash of cream and reduced until thick) yummmm.

Yummy dinners. We had chicken stroganoff with homemade fettuccine. Love my Tmx and love my pasta machine

They really are  made for each other. We had a chicken pasta dish last night. I find cooking the pasta in the thermomix so easy. I don't think I would be so impressed if I had to do it in a pot.

Last night I made custard from the chip and sliced a banana in to it when cooked.  Served over peaches.,
Bought a small chicken for quick sale for $5, roasted it with pots and home grown pumpkin, served with sugar snap peas, carrots and zuchinni. Enough left for chicken sandwich today.
Also cooked rice and Quinoa in TMX which we will have with Korean beef today.

Oh that sounds lile my kind of dessert Chookie, yum.

I finally got some cooking mojo today and made spinach and pumpkin risotto with pine nuts and ham. I love my TMX for easy, mess free, super fast and cheap dinners!
