Cleaning out fridge before we head for Tassie.  Grape fruit, then corn fritters with sweet chilli sauce.

DH and self are staying with youngest son in Melbourne, lucky he has a thermomix. I fixed Beetroot salad and Spring Cleansing salad, with some Chicken crumbed in a mix of Quinoa flakes and Dukkah. Chicken was baked in oven.

We had ricotta gnocchi with a tomato and lentil sauce - nice and hearty but also quite light.

I think we all feel lazy (or is that exhausted) after time away Uni.  I'm usually sick of the sight of food full stop hence simple crackers and cheese for me last night. Your salad looks lovely as does the way it's served.

We had a Goan prawn and fish curry with rice, your salad looks nice Uni. Biscuits and cheese would have done me too JD.

For dinner tonight we are having Harvest nut roast with a tomato glaze served with cauliflower  & steamed veg with a cheesy white sauce then to finish off Blood orange sorbet. The smells coming from the kitchen is wonderful. The TM has given us the change to eat food I have never dreamed of making

The sushi look very tasty.
We had a quiche from Tenina's site. It was very nice. It is one of the recently added recipes.
