Beef and guinness pie  with mash and veggies at GS's request.Made with Maggie Beers sour cream pastry. Made 6 individual pies and 1 family size.

Yum MF. We had pie tonight, but not as fancy as yours. Ours was simple cottage pie.

We threw a heap of things like mushrooms, small tomatoes, onion, garlic, basil, chiili, a couple of anchovies and some raw pasta into a large skillet, then added a heap of water and cooked it all up. It was quite tasty. Next time I do it I will throw in some umami as it needed a small boost.

Jen,  this was very nice. I made it with small organic sausages.  It took 45 minutes to bake.  Looked exactly like photo.
