Do you think use lemon rind and juice and increase flour slightly?

What would ooze out of the middle DJ?  Perhaps do a lemon cake mixture but put some lemon curd in the middle before adding another layer of the cake mixture. You're a good cook, perhaps you could give it a go and let us know if it was a success.  It would be a nice variation of the chocolate one.

I thought it might be like lemon saucy puddings?
Will look at lemon soufflé recipes as well before deciding what to do.
