Got tired of eating Leek and Mushroom Risotto so added a couple of eggs, some parsley, 1 cup each of tasty and mozzarella cheese, blended all together in TMX on reverse,  and formed golf size balls. Rolled on fresh bread crumbs and shallower fried. GD had some for afternoon tea and said they were the best thing she had ever eaten. I reheated them in the AF.

It smokes beautifully Robyn, if you have access to a smoker. Or your DH could make one quickly. All you need is a bigish pot, a cake stand and some sawdust or wood chips.
Or a BBQ. with lid with a smoke box inside.

Sounds like a great twist on risotto Chookie.

I think we've all had freezer surprise Amber.  Twice I thawed out what I thought was skirt steak, both times it was mince.

They look delicious Chookie.
Isn't it funny how much things look alike in the freezer?  No matter what I use as labels they still seem to come off.

At least you have a plan Marina. I like to write down the bits and pieces I want to make too. You will feel a sense of achievement at the end of the weekend.
I made an all seed and nut bread the other day. I wasn't too sure about it, but I do like it. There is no flour in it at all. I tried it with cheese, but feel it goes better with butter and jam! This is the recipe.http://thermomixbakingblogger.com/thermomix-seed-bread/
I found I didn't have hazelnuts so used macadamias.
